I went swimming once, enjoyed it so thought I could take on this challenge of a triathalon!!

As I am sat here writing this I do not own any trainers or even a bike, I can barely make 1km but have every faith in us that over the next 12 weeks we will train and train and make our dream a reality in support of the fantastic Cheshire East Hospice. 

Back in September 16 we sadly lost our Grandad, G/Dad Roy. The care and attention from all of the team at Cheshire east hospice was second to none. 

From the very bottom of my heart I would like to thank you so much and smash this triathalon for you - and in memory of our big black Roy.
