As most of you know, last year we became mummy and daddy to an angel when our little boy Drew was born sleeping at 16 weeks. After finding out at a scan appointment he had no longer had a heartbeat I had to go through a week of carrying him inside me knowing that when we met him he wouldn’t be awake. When he arrived on August 31st 2017 at 13:00 hours, he was the most perfect but tiny little thing weighing only 50 grams, we only got to spend about a hour with him as he was so tiny and delicate and that’s the last time we ever saw him :-(.
We would like to have something to honour him and have found out that lots of hospitals and funeral parlours don’t have access to cuddles cots which allow angel parents to spend a lot more time with their babies than we could, so we have decided to make it our goal to raise enough money to place one of these precious cots in Drews name in our local area to help other parents.
So on June 16th, myself, Drews daddy, and a group of our close friends which are now known as “Drews Crew” have decided to take part in “Colour obstacle rush”. We would love it if you would be able
to sponsor us for this either via this link or via our own sponsor forms which we will have available soon too. Thank you for reading our story, Tina, Jon and our perfect angel Drew x
