Matthew Harvey is raising money for Just One Ocean
Story
On the 28th of May 2021 I will be starting my Offical World Record attempt to solo kayak/canoe the length of the River Thames!
I have been sitting on this idea for a while now and after a few set backs curtesy of Covid, we are ready to go!
I am aiming to complete the 200km paddle in around 60 hours whilst following strict guidelines set by @guinnessworldrecords along with video/photographic evidence, GPS tracking from @garmin and completing a logbook/witness logbook.
I will be fundraising for @justoneocean who do amazing work to protect our oceans. Any donations are much appreciated big or small!

Just One Ocean - Our mission is to raise the global awareness of the issues facing our marine and coastal environments in order to protect and conserve them for future generations. Just One Ocean has developed a number of projects to achieve this mission. We are currently undertaking and supporting scientific research in several disciplines, advising on community based programmes, supporting businesses and arts projects. The work we do is diverse, but so are the problems facing the ocean.
