I am fundraising on behalf of King's Children's Transplant Team. King's Children's Transplant Team and Transplant Sport actively promote organ donation by encouraging recipients of life saving transplants to get active and promote organ donation. All funds donated will be used by the team. Transplant Sport will receive the benefit of the gift aid.
