We provide palliative and end of life care to families facing terminal illness

Story

Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Nottinghamshire Hospice is an independent local charity, caring for adults in Nottinghamshire with cancer and other life-limiting or terminal illnesses, and supporting their family and carers.

Judy (Dick's wife) works full time as a qualified nurse for Notts Hospice in patients' own homes giving practical and emotional support to patients and carers at end of life. As Judy says " It's very important that our care makes a difference and enables patients to remain in their own surroundings with their loved ones".

Jill  (my wife) is a volunteer and works at the day care and therapy centre in Nottingham one day each week , providing valuable day care and support.

Further details about Notts Hospice and the services they provide can be found via the following URL link:  https://www.nottshospice.org/

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.

Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Any support you are able to provide is very much appreciated by those who benefit from your donations.

Many thanks: Mike, Dick, Daniele & Tim
