Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving Page.
I am running the Manchester 10k for Manchester Children’s hospitals, bone marrow unit. I am running to mark the 20yrs ago in Feb 1998 I had an autologous transplant. I had to have this after being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (cancer) first when I was 3 in 1993 and then I was re diagnosed at 6 1996. The transplant was successful and I was finally give the all clear when I was 21. So with being 7 years clear this year and 20yrs since I had a transplant I would like to raise as much money as possible to say a massive thank you to the hospital and all the staff at the hospital who cared and looked after me. So I hope you can sponsor me and help me raise money and hopefully get one step closer to beating and finding a cure for the disease. Thank you Mikey 💙
