We’re running the London 2019 marathon in support of a charity that ensure no one facing a mental health problem has to face it alone. Mind will listen, give you support and promise to fight your corner.

Both mum and I only know too well the devastating impact of this issue. We believe it's important to talk openly about Marcus and Andrew's story and hope by bringing awareness to the issue it may encourage someone else who is suffering to seek help.

Our story isn’t rare - every two hours, someone in England and Wales takes their own life. Mind believe everyone with a mental health problem should be able to access excellent care and services - so do we. The charity is close to our hearts and we hope that their work can ensure anyone facing a mental health crisis doesn’t ever feel they have to face it alone.
