A team of firefighters and police officers from North Yorkshire, along with some special guests, are hoping to raise money for the Candlelighters trust. 

We are planning to walk the 24.5 mile Yorkshire three peaks (Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside & Ingleborough) on Sunday 23rd September 2018.

The trust is helping one of our close friends and heroes William Bramley. William, a 5yr old boy who is suffering from Acute Lymphoblastic leukaemia, is a relation of one of our firefighters at Skipton fire station. William has remained incredibly brave and strong throughout the illness, and the same must be said of his Mum and Dad, Jo and Chris and sister Millie. They have asked that all proceeds we hope to raise go directly to the amazing charity which has looked after all four of them and so many others amazingly throughout the illness.

We appreciate there are so many charities collecting on a daily basis yet If you could help us with even the smallest of donations or just by spreading the word, we would both be extremely grateful and we would also all be helping to support each beautiful child and their families that unfortunately has to pass through the life-changing doors at Candlelighters.
