UKRAINE HUMANITARIAN APPLEAL:
Heavy fighting, shelling and air strikes across Ukraine have had devastating consequences. Over 2 million people, mostly women and children have fled Ukraine, with over 1.2 million crossing the border into Poland. Hundreds of thousands of women and children are arriving with only what they can carry. Hungry, exhausted and traumatised, people are in urgent need of food, water and shelter. People are losing their homes and lives, essential services like water and healthcare have been hit and temperatures have dropped below zero.
ABOUT THE EVENT:

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Martial arts charity event to raise much needed money in support of Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
Instructors from Kung Fu, Krav Maga, Tae Kwon Do and Karate; will take it in turns to teach for an hour each; sharing practical self defence applications from each style.

Open to all styles and association.
COST:
There is no set charge for this event, but you will be invited to make a voluntary donation at the end depending on what value you feel you've received. You can either pay cash on the day, or via this JustGiving page. If you can't make it on the day, but would still like to donate, please use this page.
AGE:
Mainly for adults. However, teenagers can attend with parental/instructor consent.
