Story

Welcome to my page,

DEADLINE is on Sunday 3rd May. Please, please donations much as you can even if it is £10 to £100. The greatest raise the money, the chance and the more better to make a huge difference to this charity.

The first at all, I have done the 6 forms of exercises and each give total 26 together to challenge myself for to raise the awareness about Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) which I have for it long time till from 2012.

The first at all, what is TN?

TN is “sudden, severe, brief, stabbing pain occurring in attacks lasting at the most a few seconds usually only on one side of the face and provoked by light touch”. It is considered to be “the worst pain know to man” and attacks are often described by patients as being like ‘an electric shock’, which may be severe enough to rivet them to the spot or bring them to their knees. The pain can also be described as stabbing, shooting, burning, excruciating, and unlike any other pain previously experienced.  The pain attacks may last for a few seconds or occur in “volleys” — multiple bursts of pain in quick succession — lasting several minutes.  The pain, often triggered by just a light touch to an area of skin, can strike at any time and without warning. Frequency of attacks can vary from a few times a month to several times each day depending on the severity of the condition.  Unfortunately, for most sufferers, the condition is progressive and will worsen over time.  Although to date there is no guaranteed cure for the condition, there are a number of treatments which can give relief.

Due, the reason that The 2.6 Challenge aims to get the public to come up with activities to compensate for the cancellation of events because of coronavirus.  It will launch on Sunday 26 April, the original date for the London Marathon.

What I have done were:

  • 4 Push-Up
  • 5 Jumping Jacks
  • 4 Sits-up
  • 4 Squats
  • 5 Burpees
  • 4 Lunges
Which is gave the total of 26 all together.

With all your donates will be appreciative and this donates will make any huge different to TNA UK and hope to find a cure in near future.
