We know the joy and comfort that furry (and scaly) friends can bring, and we think it's time to celebrate them. Precious Pets is a pet competition with a difference. There are no categories, we just want to see and hear why your pet puts a smile on your face.

You'll also be in with a chance of winning some fabulous prizes - including your very own Personal Pet Portrait, a spectacular cupcake bouquet donated by Fancy Wee Cakes, and pet shop vouchers!

Entries are now open until Monday 29th March.

To enter, follow the steps below:

1. Send a picture of your pet to  glasgowfundraising@maggiescentres.org
2. Donate £5.00 per pet to this Just Giving page and in the comments section put Entry Fee for (insert pet's name) 
3. Sit back and relax until voting opens on Monday 29th March!

Voting opens on Monday 29th March - please do not vote before this, we'd like all our pets to have a fair shot at winning the crown!

2. Enter who you're voting for in the comment section of your donation Vote for (insert pet's name)
3. Go the extra mile for your favourite pet with our £10 bundle vote, giving you 6 votes instead of 5 for your favourite pet poser!

Voting closes at midnight on Thursday 8th April. We will be announcing the winner on our social media channels on Sunday 11th April (National Pet Day) so make sure you're following us at www.facebook.com/maggiesglasgow to see if your pet makes it on to the pawdium!

The winner will be announced on April 11th

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered

We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
