Me and Jase started running in October 2020. I haven't run since school and that was under duress! I wanted to give couch to 5k a try but was very apprehensive. Jase has run in the past but not for quite some time. It has helped us both this last few months as we all struggling with the ongoing lockdown lifestyle and has kept us motivated to get out of the house and keep moving. It's been slow progress (my fault) but we are doing 12 min runs now so this will be a good challenge for us. In all likelihood it will be 13 separate 1 mile runs but it all counts. St Luke's is a charity close to many hearts in Sheffield, mine included and we really hope you will support our efforts. Thanks so much.  Xx
