We fund research into childhood cancer to save and improve young lives

Story

After a 5 year long battle against brain cancer aged 11, friends of mine sadly lost their daughter in 2016. We decided to create an exhibit at the NEC, Birmingham between Aug 26th-29th.

'Little Star' is inspired by the beauty and resilience of our coastline, especially that of Holy Island, Northumberland.

Planting List

Structure - Tamarix parviflora, Convolvulus cneorum, Pinus sylvestris, Eryngium agavifolium, Ulex europaeus

Grasses - Ammophila arenaria, Elymus magnifica

Flowers/Foliage - Centranus ruber, Geum 'Mai Tai', Stachys byzantina, Erigeron glaucus, Crambe maritima, Crithmum maritimum, Armeria maritima, Verbena bonariensis, Perovskia 'Blue Spire', Osteospermum juncus, Achillea 'Blyth Buttermilk' / 'Cerise Queen, Echinacea 'Chayenne Spirit', Erodium.

We hope to meet as many people as possible, raise awareness about childhood cancer and of course raise as much money to help the charity to continue to not only support families, but find better treatments for children going through cancer.

If you can help, please do. We promise you it makes a huge difference!

thanks, Ben, Andrea and Julian x
