Story
Spot came to us recently, having lived as a stray on the streets for years. Eventually someone took pity on him and took him in. They knew he needed veterinary treatment so we took Spot into our volunteer branch. Spots ears were in a very bad condition. They were bleeding and had ongoing infections. Spot needed thorough investigations, treatment and surgery.
The investigations alone have cost the branch over £1000. His bilateral ear surgery will cost at least £1500. Without the operation, Spot will be in pain and have continuous infections which may cause further damage to his hearing due to the growths. Please help us to raise the £2500 to fund Spots treatment.
Spot is the most loving cat. He gives unconditional cuddles, he adores fuss and especially loves head butting. Please watch and share his video story, on our Facebook page. It is heartbreaking for our volunteer fosterers seeing Spot in the condition he came into the branch. Despite all the antibiotic and other ear treatment carried out the growths have increased and Spot urgently requires this operation.
