With the help of Richard Storer, my trainer who has helped me tremendously over the past two years with my dyspraxia, I can now ride a road bike !      During lockdown, I would like to keep fit and active and use this time to do some good for charity and locally we have a Fantastic Hospice who do a brilliant job.

Just the second time ever I haven't been able to do the Starlight Walk but I can still continue to support and donate during lockdown from my lounge!!    Its 440 miles ...  woohooo  !!  That'll keep me out of mischief til this weekend :-)  xxxx
