Two years ago I came back from working with those disabled in Gaza and  ran the London Marathon twice for charities very dear to my heart, running has transformed my life and given me an appreciation of how after many hours and miles my body just keeps on going. 

This year is the last for me before I hang up my trainers and retire to the sofa to eat sweets- I wanted to run this year for a charity who  helps those who are differently abled to be the best they can be, as that's what running and my marathon journey has been for me.

Leonard Cheshire Disability supports disabled people in the UK and around the world to fulfill their potential. And the work they do is simply awe inspiring, please help them out with any spare change you may have!

Hoping to see some of you on the 23rd of April for my final limp round London- if not come and join me and Scot on the sofa on the 24th for some sweets!
