On 2nd Oct 21..Myself and Martin Broomfield will be completing a 115 mile bike ride from Emirates Stadium in London to AFC Bournemouth. The route chosen is dedicated to Rob as he was a life long Arsenal fan. This ride will be a challenge for both of us as it will be the longest either  of us have ridden, but it will be worth the effort if we can raise enough money to help this worthwhile local charity. 

Dorset Mind charity educates, challenges mental health stigma and inequality, and encourages recovery by empowering individuals to develop resilience.  Their 1-2-1 & group support includes counselling, mentoring, support groups, active monitoring and a befriending service. These help people regain social skills and develop confidence.  The charity also delivers educational wellbeing programmes for schools and workplaces and provide volunteer opportunities across all areas of the organisation.
