I am running the Brighton Marathon in April for Kent charity Find a Voice.  As a Speech and Language Therapist, this charity provides invaluable opportunities and support for children and adults who struggle or are unable to communicate verbally.  For the children I work with, they give them unique access to play and communication by providing a lending library of switch adapted toys and communication aids.  These devices and toys can cost hundreds, if not thousands of pounds.  Families can trial them, find out what works and support communication development - and this makes a lifelong difference for that child or person- a chance to play and communicate.
