In 2020 my Team helped me to cycle the North Coast 500 despite Covid and the October weather.  In September 2021 they helped me across the high cols of the Pyrenees.  As a result of these endeavours a great many supporters helped us to raise upwards of £50,000 in total for PTSD Resolution and the treatment of PTSD amongst our veteran community.  The website, ptsdresolution.org explains much and is well worth a visit.  

 Our Plan for 2022 is to start from the Ibis Hotel, Swansea on Wednesday 15th June and cycle some 749km unsupported, so we will be carrying all our gear, buying supplies on the way and sleeping in B&Bs at the end of each day.  We will be a Team of Four.
