Having served in the Royal Marines in the 1970's, I have the opportunity to help those who have had life changing experiences in the service of their country.  So with former RAF veteran Mike Culley (78) we plan to swim as a 2 man relay - the equivalent distance of the English Channel or 12 hours continuously - which ever is the longer.
