Hello!

I'm running the 2022 Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 2 October in memory of my Grandad Trevor.

As many of you know, earlier this year our Grandad passed away very unexpectedly from a heart attack. It came as a huge and extremely upsetting shock to myself and my family. 

Running the Cardiff Half for the British Heart Foundation in memory of Grandad means a lot as during his life Grandad loved to keep fit by running and would regularly take part in races and participated in the London marathon and numerous others. In addition to this, he also spent his career as a Cardiac Perfusionist working in the heart unit at St Bartholomew's hospital, London, and was an avid supporter of the BHF himself. 

I would love to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and aid in the research and awareness of diseases and illnesses such as that which took my Grandad.
