Married in 1953 on the Queen’s Coronation Day, Joan was a devoted wife to Ray for over 50 years and a loving Mum and Nan to Jane and Sam.

Joan passed away at home with her loving family at her side on the 12^th February 2021. We would like to express our thanks to everyone involved in her care and for all the kind messages of support received.

The funeral will be held at Lincoln Crematorium on Wednesday 10^th March at 1.10pm. Sadly, due to the current situation attendees will be limited, if you would like to attend, please call Jane or Sam on 01522 526080/07912492220.

We welcome donations to Marie Curie Night Sitters, in lieu of flowers. It was this service that allowed Joan to pass away peacefully in the way she wished to, providing great comfort and support for Jane and Sam.

Joan was known for having fun and would never say no to a good old party! We’d love for you to raise a glass for her!
