London Landmarks Half Marathon 2023 · 2 April 2023 ·

On Sunday 2nd April, our team of big-hearted heroes will take on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Refugee Action.

Story

Good news - I can still run in 2025 and have been accepted to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon for the second time (since 2023 when I did it in 3 hours).

Come and watch and support us all - Trafalgar Square is the start point and Admiralty Arch the finish (that will be full of finishing runners receiving medals from a Pearly King long before I get there)! Last time there was a solid crowd starting at 11am, the late, slow lot.

Hey, but I'm running! This time I am supporting my dream team - old people, by supporting Alzheimers. So all my funding donated here will go to them,

Please support me by donating. As a thank you I'd like to send everyone who donates (£10+) an A4 print of one of my paintings. So leave some contact details.

I chose Alzheimers because I'm still thinking about resolving social care and making oldies safe in community (Hope and Glory Homes).

Artwise, I am doing a year with the Royal School of Drawing in 2025. This should end with an exhibition in Edinburgh, London or Cambridge! Last June I exhibited in the End of Year show at the Leith School of Art (Contemporary Art Practice and Figures) after studing for a year with Rachel McBrinn and Sarah Gittins.
