Story

This time last year I weighed 370lbs (over 26 stone).. In the past 12 months I have lost over 100lbs mainly through taking up jogging. I have changed my life around and have now taken on this massive personal challenge which I am extremely nervous about. My longest race prior to this has been a 10km.. I am currently living in Canada but my mam Kathleen is back home in Ireland and has been battling cancer for 5 years now. I am doing this half marathon as I would love to prove to myself and others that anything is possible if you believe in yourself. I also want to make my mam proud and show her that she has given me this strength and belief in the first place..

Any donations would be very much appreciated and would go a long way..

Thank you all in advance,

James :)
