I'm competing in the London Duathlon on 14th September 2008. It's like a triathlon, except with no swimming, (luckily). It's a 10km run, followed by a 20km cycle, then a 5km run to the finish. I'm sure that the Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity would really love any kind of donation so that they can buy the new CT scanner that they're after.
The event is being held in Richmond Park, so feel free to come along and check it out. Last year it was massive.
