My Dad, David, has Alzheimer's Disease and I would like to support the research to help beat this disease that takes a tremendous toll on many families, often over many years. 

My solo, unsupported, cycling challenge starts at John O'Groats and ends at Lands End, taking in the 'four corners'; the furthest UK mainland points North (Dunnett Head), West (Ardnamurchan Point) , East (Lowestoft Ness) and South (Lizard Point).
