Our beloved friend Malaz (Hajja) tragically departed this world on 27/08/17 in a sudden car crash whilst on holiday in Sudan. 

Malaz was a wonderful, beautiful, 24 year old woman with the purest heart - raised in Manchester, UK. Malaz was loved dearly by all who knew her, and her kindness towards others was unmatched by anyone else.  Her nature from a young child was to constantly be in the service of others, and she has left an unfillable void in the lives of everyone who was blessed enough to know her. 

This just giving page has been set up to honour her memory and act as a 'sadaqa jariya' (ongoing chairty) in her name. A deep well in Sudan will be dug to provide a poor community with clean drinking water. This costs £3500 and will be done through penny appeal. We hope that this will be a continuous help to those in need, just as Malaz was in all of our lives.
