Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Guy is about to embark on yet another challenge and this time he has roped in his mate Adam. Guy and Adam are taking on the challenge of walking from Woodley all the way to Brighton dressed as Mario and Luigi! Why? I hear you ask.... well they are doing this 24 hour walk to raise money for a wonderful charity, Thames Hospice. Thames Hospice is a chosen charity who are helping to support a very close friend and her family at this most challenging time. The Hall family's world came crashing down when Justin was diagnosed with Cancer in January of this year. His lovely wife Mandy is a dear friend and colleague of Nicola's and is Finleys wonderful teacher. With Covid 19 and us all being in lockdown the NHS have not been able to provide the support that they would have done in normal circumstances. The Hall family have found support from the Thames Hospice at this most difficult time and this support has been vital to them as a family. The Hall family are strong, amazing and brave and we want to show them our support by Guy and Adam taking on this challenge. Charities like Thames Hospice have been greatly affected by Covid 19 and now more than ever, fund raising is crucial to enable them to continue their support for patients and their families. Please, please, please donate and help make a difference.
