Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I decided to raise money for Brain Tumour Research UK after myself and my wife took part in a campaign in our local gym. The campaign was to complete 26 miles in May either by running, walking, cycling etc and raise awareness and funds for the charity. This had been setup by a local lady called Kathy, the wife of Lee, a member of the gym who very sadly passed away late 2020 from a brain tumour only seven weeks after being diagnosed.
Kathy and her family have very kindly allowed me to share their heart breaking story which can be found on page 32 of the brain tumour research magazine, Believe, by following the link below:
This story and others have really touched the both of us and we were moved to do more by trying to raise urgently needed funds as well as, as much awareness as possible.
