Why am I off to the Sahara again after 10 years,
well maybe I’m losing the plot, maybe i need a medication review, who knows but on the 10th October I’m off again for 2 back to back marathons in the heat of the desert , its not to win a race or beat others its more to beat that little voice in my head that says i cant do it.
