Story
Having suffered for many years with ptsd myself, I understand how hard it is to live with and the pressure it puts on one's self and loved ones. My journey to recovery started with a simple self recognition I needed help. That was the hardest part, admitting I had a problem and didn't know how to cope anymore. After my counciling and strength, support and love off my beautiful children I am now on a positive incline. Ptsd is a conversation that is needed and to be understood. This trek is for me to raise much needed recognition and funds for a dibilitating condition that too often ends in suicide, to help support and change the lives of our veterans and their families, to give them back there lives and a positive future.
Thank you for reading my story and please do give to help others, to change the world, all we need to do is care. X
