This year Girlings is delighted to sponsor the Ashford & District 10K for the fourth year running.  This race is seen by many runners as kick-starting the marathon season. Team Girlings will be  taking part in this extremely popular rural run to raise money for our corporate charity, Take Off.  This local and inspirational charity is dedicated to working towards better physical and mental health for local people and provides ready-made social networks and peer support services as needed. It uses a peer support model and most of its services take the form of self-help groups which are either 'talking' or 'doing' focused.
