We sadly lost Emma this year in a tragic and sudden way at just 36 years old. 11 Years ago, Emma lost her Mum to this tragic disease, which caused her and her family such incredible emotional pain. Emma would have loved all donations to go to this wonderful organisation who are working with so many sufferers right now, and also looking for a cure to end this debilitating condition.
