As an end of life care specialist nurse I will be doing the tandem skydive for the swan fund at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital. The money will be used to further improve the facilities available for patients receiving end of life care . The funds will also allow us to provide additional comfort resources for the loved ones of our patients
