Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am walking to the North Pole to raise funds for Borne, a research charity in preterm birth.

Premature birth is extremely close to my family's heart, after we lost out daughter Sophie and son Henry, in 2012 and 2014 respectively, from issues arising from pre-term birth.

After such events happen, it can take a while for you to look up and see that you are not alone in grief and that many others are forced to suffer from similar circumstances. In fact, recent research shows that many more are suffering every year as 15 million babies are born premature, and amongst them 1.1 million will survive.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.
