Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am attempting to swim Lake Ullswater end to end, 7 miles, in memory of our dear friend Ian Ward who died of cancer last year aged 57. I’m hoping that the money raised for the East Lancs Hospice will be of help to people facing a similar battle . The swim is on the 17th July and is organised by Chillswim. Thank you.

About the charity

East Lancashire Hospice provides specialist, supportive and end of life care for patients and their families from Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley who are coping with a life-limiting illness. To enable us to continue this work, we need to raise £4 million every year.
