When it's time to do some father son bonding what better than to climb a mountain. Spend a few days in a hut get to see an amazing sunrise, and try out crampons.

It would be a shame to go through all that training, pain, discomfort without raising a few pounds for a couple of worthy causes.

Patrick and I will be covering all our own costs, so every penny we raise will be split between Craig's Heartstrong and the IOM Netball Development Squad.
