Keighley 10k & 5k · 19 March 2023 ·

Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

During the last 10 years doing the Keighley 10k, I have helped to raise more than £40,000 for Manorlands, including £15,000+ with colleagues at Morses Club (pictured above).

Sue Ryder Manorlands supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – they’re there when it matters. Their doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.
