I’ve set this page up as I’ve crazily agreed to do a 100 mile run in June 2023 and want to raise funds for Chest, Heart and Stroke. This will be in memory of my father who i lost to a sudden and unexpected heart attack and also to show others that suffer from asthma like myself that anything is possible. To complete this run i will have to push my body to the limits and the training will also involve running marathons and ultramarathons which will start with the Dublin Marathon in October this year.
