I have managed to qualify for both the Boston Marathon and the London Marathon, and I would like to use this opportunity to raise awareness and raise some sponsorship money for The Encephalitis Society, in memory of Viv. Back in April we suffered a huge loss when we lost Great Nanny Viv to Encephalitis, a woman who touched so many lives in so many different ways. There was always a cup of tea waiting, a place at the dinner table, and an ear if you needed it. She was an absolute saint with a huge heart!
