Story
On Saturday 10th September 2022 team CHASING THE STIGMA will be making friends with mud for the extreme TOUGH MUDDER event.
WHY? We don't know why, it's turned into this annual event that our boss, Jake Mills books us onto and each year the course he chooses seems to be getting longer, bigger, harder! 15k + 30 obstacles to be exact. Apparently, it can take up to 3-4 hours to complete. You can see it here for yourself.
HOW CAN I HELP? OK, let's not make this awkward, we all know why we're here. To make this easier on us, we would love you to make a donation. It will get us through the endurance of 4 hours of wading through mud + getting it in places where one should not get mud, so raising money for the AMAZING charity we work for, will make it all worthwhile!
WHERE DOES MY DONATION GO? As a charity, we rely almost entirely on public donations. Our mission is to normalise and humanise conversations about mental health through the provision of pioneering training services, awareness-raising campaigns and lobbying activities, whilst also ensuring that through the Hub of Hope every person in the UK has the means to find timely support for their mental wellbeing, whenever and wherever they need it.
Your donation supports our mission and allows us to keep our mental health service directory HUB OF HOPE free to use and enables us to deliver and manage our mental health awareness training programme, AMBASSADOR OF HOPE.
If you can share a few pennies, please donate today. We promise to share embarrassing muddy photos following the event.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
