Story
Crusaders Women want to invite the wider club and community to march with us in club colours and a splash of blue to raise money for mental health services and support in our community.
Mental Health affects most of us at some point in our lives and with current pressures of daily living, this is only set to become more of a problem. But we are here, we are unified, and we stand up to this together to enable more people to access help.
Crusaders Women had a brush with mental health as a team this year when a member of our ranks ended up hospitalised and facing major medical treatment following an attempt on their life. We rallied together, we cried together, and we celebrated together when they returned to full strength and were running alongside us once more!
The wider club has been shaken by this issue in the worst possible way, forever immortalised by an annual memorial match and forever in our thoughts.
Together as a community despite the effect on the individuals. Supporting each other despite the person feeling alone.
You are never alone
💛💚
