Lydia's CP Snowdon & Me

Having been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy from birth i’ve always strived to overcome challenges. Auntie Jo battled cancer for over 4yrs and remained positive and inspirational Cancer may have taken her body but she never let it take away her beautiful soul.
Through recent battles she remained my guardian angel and helped me through periods of darkness which she turned into light. Her understanding and zest for life helped me to remember her mantra LIVE, LOVE & LAUGH.
Auntie Jo spent her final moments in the incredible Nightingale House Hospice. They create an environment that gives patients and their loved ones quality time to spend together. Not having to worry about the care a loved one receives, knowing they are in safe hands means every second spent together is dignified and peaceful. Without their support the specialist palliative care units wouldn’t be able to deliver such high standards.
With the support of my sister Madison i will overcome my disability and conquer this mountain, hopefully raising money for this exceptional charity.
