Story
I will be walking 14 miles from my house in Sandwell to my brother-in-law's home in Wolverhampton on October 16 to raise funds for the Brain Tumour Charity after her brother-in-law was diagnosed with a deadly brain tumour in 2019.
I will be joined on the walk by 10 of my family members, including husband Dean Kelly, 46, daughters Gracie, 16 and Maddison, 13, Joshua Chase, 17, Louisa Cotton, 19, Tiffany Cotton, 14, Nigel Cotton, 53, Josh Hinds, 19, David Hancock, 54, and Caroline Cotton, 51.
I have decided to walk these 14 miles to raise funds for the Brain Tumour Charity in support of my brother-in-law John who was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2019.
John's diagnosis came completely out of the blue and was a big shock to us all so we wanted to raise money for the charity so that hopefully one day there will be a cure for this type of cancer.
We are all aiming to raise a minimum of £500 and hope that everyone will get behind us as we take on this mammoth challenge.
