We support people across Scotland to have better mental health and wellbeing.
Story
Well I'm going to make this official... I've chosen a charity and I've thought of a challenge! Over the next 15 months I will be raising money for the Scottish Association for Mental Health. More specifically I'll be raising money to help with their Active living service which champions active living as a vehicle for improving and maintaining good mental health and wellbeing. I believe deeply that physical activity has a massive impact on improving mental health and want to do whatever I can to help in this area.
So my challenge... it's been on my mind for a year or two but Next August (exact date to be arranged) I will undertake my biggest challenge yet... a double west highland way with a summit of Ben Nevis thrown in the middle and all in a 72 hour time limit. 199.2ish miles and 30k ft total elevation gain give or take.
