Story
I am doing the 15km tough mudder on the 31st July to raise as much money as possible for this amazing cause.
I lost my cousin Shaun Whitby at the precious age of 37 to a very rare brain tumour. Shaun never gave up on living the best life he possibly could, even when faced with the news that he only had a couple of years left to live! This horrible news was given to him literally months after the birth of his daughter and marrying the love of his life.
The reason this will be the toughest challenge of my life is that i have very recently been diagnosed with one functioning lung (my left lung) it is something i have apparently had since birth but has only been picked up due to me becoming less able to do some day to day tasks, as this has combined with my asthma to make them more difficult
I want to prove to everyone, as our shaun did, that we all have the hidden strength inside us to keep going!
I WILL RUN THIS FULL CHALLENGE WITH SHAUN'S STRENGTH AND COURAGE ON MY MIND THE WHOLE TIME!
Please sponsor me however small as every amount counts to helping to find a cure for this god awful disease which kills more people under 40 than any other disease out there.
