We will be climbing 3 summits over 25 miles in less than 12 hours to raise money for the Licensed Trade Charity who have supported a number of our employees and continue to do so.

The Licensed Trade Charity has been helping people from the licensed trade for over 200 years. There is a website with around 60 free downloadable helpsheets and a helpline that is available 24/7, 365 days a year that anyone can access whether they've been in the trade for 3 days or 30 years. The helpline team offer practical advice and emotional support, and callers from the trade can access 6 free telephone counselling sessions if they need to. For people who have been in the trade for 5 years or more, currently working or in the past, they offer financial grants. They can help with everything from the purchase of a washing machine, help with travel costs when undergoing hospital treatment to rent arrears or rent deposits. Their goal is to help people in the trade to get back on their feet and in 2018 they helped over 13,000 people and gave away almost £1.1m in grants.
