Story
I support Sue Ryder because I volunteer there. I enjoy the varied work that I do and the people I work with. Sue Ryder's contribution to our community is amazing.
I last completed the London Marathon for the third time 20 years ago with my late husband, so this is going to be an emotional anniversary for me.
Covid was a bad time for me as I'm sure it was for many others, and it's only recently that I've managed to return to a new level of physical fitness and well-being. Now I need a challenge to focus on and the London Marathon will certainly be that. if I can raise money for Sue Ryder at the same time that is a bonus.
Covid has impacted adversely on charity fundraising and Sue Ryder needs our support more than ever to continue with their good work.
I completely understand that financial pressures increasing daily so anything you can spare would be welcome for this amazing organisation.
