I will be running for the Strode Park Foundation that care for children & adults with a range of disabilities throughout the Kent area. I was offered the place to run at short notice due to a previous runner sadly having to drop out. Having not run in over 2 years and with 4 weeks notice this will be a good test of my body and character so every donation and bit of support will be greatly appreciated,
