Story

Our home is located on a road named 'Bevan Lee Road'

Named after Aneurin Bevan and his wife Jenny Lee. Mr Bevan was the founder of our wonderful National Health Service.

"Aneurin Bevan was one of the most important ministers of the post-war Labour government and the chief architect of the National Health Service. He was born on 15 November 1897 in Tredegar in Wales" www.nhshistory.net.

As an entire street, with hundreds of residents, I hope we can work together as a community to raise some funds for our amazing NHS staff.
